Coming up with a logo that grabs attention is a daunting task. Design firms typically charge a lot for logo designs and not all of them seem to be worth the investment. It’s important that a business’s marketing materials share consistency in their overall appearance. This is referred to as branding. The colors, fonts and images should feel like they are all part of the same family. The logo is a symbol of the company’s identity. Ideally it should be simple and quickly recognizable.
I like to help small, local businesses come up with logos that help them stand out and that represent their businesses in a meaningful way. I find it especially exciting to create logos that work easily on websites, stationary, or in advertising.
